THESE TERMS ARE A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LWT Group governing your use of the services offered by LWT Group. Please review terms fully before you use the services. By using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms. LWT Group reserves the right to change or supplement these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or use of the service after such changes or supplements indicates your acceptance of the terms as changed or supplemented. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. These terms were last updated on July 20th, 2015.
Credit Card Processing – Credit cards are processed approximately 24 hours before the trip date. The charges will appear on your statement as the date of processing, not the trip date. The actual credit card must be presented to the driver at the time of pick-up for an imprint. Charges will appear under Inland Empire Transportation. The Chauffeurs may ask for an additional identification to ensure the validity of the card.
Cancellation Policy – A full charge will apply to your credit card for any trip not cancelled within the allotted time. In order to avoid cancellation fees, customers must notify a customer service representative of a cancellation 2 hours prior to the scheduled ride for Sedans and SUV’s, 24 hours for Stretched Limousines (Airport only) and 48 hours for special occasions, 5 days for Proms and New Year’s Eve. Cancellations must be done by phone or email. Credit refund transactions may take up to 7 days to appear on your credit card statement. A $15.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled reservations made within the time frame allowed for cancellations.
Change Policy – LWT Group requires that all changes be received by phone at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled ride or through email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up. If a change made less than three hours prior to pick-up cannot be accommodated, the resulting cancellation may cause a full charge to the customer.
No Shows – If LWT Group is unable to contact the passenger or related contact person after 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up time, by means of the information provided on the reservation, the ride will be considered a No-Show and will be abandoned. Not being at your pick-up location without notifying may result in a full charge.
Waiting Time – Waiting time is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at 15 minute increments. Waiting time charges may be incurred if a passenger arrives late to a pick-up. Time spent waiting at additional stops will also be charged as waiting time. Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes expires (40 minutes for airport domestic flights, 1 hour for international flights, and 1 hour for Ports). Waiting time will be billed at $1.00/p minute for Sedan, $1.50 for SUV, $1.25 for Van, $1.75 for Sprinter Van, $1.40 for Stretch limo up to 10 passengers. For airport reservations pick up time will start to count when plane touches the ground as we will check flight status with given airline.
Additional Stops – Any additional stop made during your trip will be billed at $25.00/p Stop. Additional stops are calculated by the distance deviated from the route between the original pick-up and destination rates subject to change.
Airport Parking and Toll Road Fees – The airport parking fee is based upon the parking rate of the Port Authority and any other charges. Toll road will be added to final bill according to the rate at time of the trip.
Holidays – A holiday surcharge will apply for the following US based holidays, New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve.
Vehicles Upgrades – LWT Group reserves the right to provide a complimentary vehicle upgrade or, utilize subcontractors or network members, due to events that prevent our ability to fulfill the reservation request. While LWT Group will make reasonable efforts to provide the specified vehicle requested. LWT does not guarantee the year, make, or model due to the variation in vehicle standards throughout each global market.
Damage and Regulation – The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A minimum fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is a minimum of $250.00 for vomit or any other unusual cleanup. Alcohol Consumption by minors and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the lient(s).It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof (if vehicle is equipped with one). Smoking is not permitted in our limousines.
Lost or Damaged Items – LWT and its Affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles.
Exclusions and Limitations of Liability – LWT and its Affiliates are not responsible for missed flights, abandoned plans or losses incurred due to circumstances that are beyond our control. These circumstances include but are not limited to, causes beyond its reasonable control, acts of God and Nature, acts of terrorism, travel congestion, road closures, accidents, etc.
Affiliate Service Policy – LWT at its discretion uses affiliates to provide Limousine and Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients. LWT and its affiliate is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
